Data Lead – Stafford (Hybrid)
We’re looking for an experienced Data Lead to manage large datasets and drive data-led decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
Location: Stafford (3 days per week in office)
Contract: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyse large, complex datasets.
- Develop insights and reporting to support business decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and present findings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing large datasets.
- Strong Power BI and data analysis skills.
- Some coding experience (e.g. SQL, Python or similar).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
