About you - Cover Teacher - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a solid understanding of curriculum expectations
Confidently delivers pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
Maintains a calm, structured learning environment that promotes positive behaviour
Quickly builds rapport with pupils to ensure continuity of learning
Adapts teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of learners
Effectively manages classroom routines and transitions
