About the Role
As a optical assistant, you will:
- Provide personalised, clinically focused dispensing
- Guide patients through frames, lenses, and tailored visual solutions
- Deliver excellent communication, care, and aftercare
- Work closely with our optometrists to ensure smooth clinical journeys
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and patient care
