Smile Education is working in partnership with a high-performing and forward-thinking secondary school in the Smethwick area to recruit an enthusiastic Maths Teacher for a long-term role through to the end of the academic year.

The Role
Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons
Supporting students of all abilities to achieve strong outcomes
Marking and assessment in line with school expectations
Contributing to the wider life of the department where appropriateWhat We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for numeracy
Excellent classroom management skills
