Smile Education is working in partnership with a high-performing secondary academy in West Bromwich to recruit a Science Teacher for a long-term role starting after Easter.

The Role As a Science Teacher, you will:

Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4
Plan and deliver engaging and practical science lessons
Inspire students to develop curiosity and confidence in science
Create a positive and structured classroom environment
Monitor and assess student progress and attainment
Work closely with a supportive and collaborative Science departmentThe Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who:

Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
Has experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting
Can teach general science across KS3 and KS4 (specialism welcome)
Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills
