Smile are finding a huge demand for supply teachers in the Telford and Shropshire area.
We have both day to day, short & long term cover in a range of subjects. Supply Teaching is a fantastic way to achieve work-life balance which is becoming more difficult to find in permanent teaching jobs. You can choose which days you mark yourself “available” and when you don’t want to work.
Many of our teachers choose to mark themselves unavailable for birthdays, term time holidays, their children’s/grandchildren’s school shows, or even just Mondays! You can be in control of when and where you work, and it is my job to ensure we find you work on your available days.
We can restrict your travel time/radius, chosen subjects and each supply teacher can define their preferred schools. You can also choose whether you opt in for morning calls, or whether you want advance bookings only and you can change this throughout the school year.
You will receive fantastic rates of pay for both day to day and contract cover, as well as regular CPD, training and support from your consultant at Smile. You can attend our regular training courses free of charge as well as take part in our teacher competitions and events.
Smile are currently conducting online registrations, giving you the opportunity to have a much more in depth discussion with your consultant.
