From the very beginning, they placed the child at the centre of their thinking and surrounded them with an integrated range of support services. In fact, that's what ISP means: Integrated Services Programme.Over time, this circle of support has expanded to include a wide range of professionals that children and foster parents can access whenever they need to. This includes social workers, fostering advisors, teachers and therapists, who all work together to support foster parents and the children they care for. This is known as a 'therapeutic approach' to fostering, and it is something that we pioneered.RequirementsISP Hampshire and Dorset is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and innovative teacher to join our dedicated team.
