Aspire People are looking for a talented and committed Teacher of Maths to support a forward-thinking Secondary School setting. This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher looking to join a supportive and high-performing department where teaching, learning and achievement are a clear priority.
The school is seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational practitioner who can deliver engaging Maths lessons and motivate students to achieve excellent outcomes. Full support is available for ECT induction, making this a fantastic opportunity to develop your teaching career within a collaborative and well-established team.
The role:
* Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Opportunity to teach KS5 (desirable)
* Teach Statistics at KS4 (desirable)
* Plan, prepare and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
* Contribute to the wider success of the Maths department and school
The ideal candidate will have:
* QTS or be an ECT
* Strong subject knowledge in Maths
* The ability to plan and deliver consistently high-quality lessons
* A track record of motivating pupils and achieving strong outcomes
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* The ability to build positive working relationships with students, staff and parents
* A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to team success
* Confidence in using ICT to enhance teaching and learning
