What the role involves:
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 2 that enable every child to succeed.
* Creating a supportive classroom environment where children feel motivated, safe, and excited to learn.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and refine an exciting curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Monitoring progress and using assessment to inform planning and learning opportunities.
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it.
* Have a strong understanding of primary education, particularly in Key Stage 2.
* Be committed to professional growth and willing to engage with continuous development.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff and parents.
* Be dedicated to promoting inclusion and ensuring every child makes progress from their starting point.
