We're looking for a Founder's Associate to work directly alongside the founder and become the connective tissue across the business. This isn't a support role that sits in the background - you'll be in the room, in the details, and in on the decisions that shape the company.
What you'll do
You'll operate as an extension of the founder, picking up whatever matters most on any given day. That means working across go-to-market, talent, partnerships, finance, delivery, and product, often in the same week. You'll help keep multiple workstreams organised and moving, take ownership of tasks from start to finish, and fill gaps before anyone has to point them out.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience, at fast-pased environments such as startups, management consulting, or VC. Internships count. Previous entrepreneurial experience are plus
- You move fast and take ownership - you don't wait for permission or perfect information, you pick things up and drive them to completion
- You get a lot done - people are surprised by how much you ship, and you use AI to multiply your output even further
- Strong organisational and project management instincts - you bring structure to chaos without slowing things down
