How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    What does the internship program entail?

    As a Project Management Intern, you will support the planning and delivery projects and programs for the EMEA region and business functions. You will work closely with Project Management team to help ensure that plans are well-structured, risks are tracked, stakeholders are aligned, and actions are followed through to successful completion.


    You will contribute to day-to-day project operations, including project planning, RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), status reporting, change control documentation, budget/resource tracking support and meeting preparation (agendas, notes, actions).


    Key Responsibilities


    Project Coordination

    • Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
    • Maintain project documentation, including action logs, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and progress reports.
    • Support the preparation of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation documents.


    Stakeholder Support

    • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Technical Support) to collect updates and gather requirements.
    • Help organise cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on actions.
    • Assist in communicating project updates to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.


    Data & Reporting

    • Update project dashboards and reporting tools to reflect accurate project status.
    • Support data analysis activities to identify trends, delays, or potential risks.
    • Contribute to the preparation of presentations and summarised reports for senior leadership.


    Documentation & Process Improvement

    • Support the maintenance and development of project templates, process guides, and documentation standards.
    • Contribute ideas to improve workflows, tools, and methodologies within the PM function.
    • Assist in ensuring compliance with organisational project governance frameworks.


    Support Customer-Facing Delivery

    • Coordination & Cadence: Help schedule and coordinate recurring project meetings/calls with stakeholders across regions; prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track actions to closure.
    • Customer Updates: Prepare clear, concise status updates and

    Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in the Role:


    • Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science/IT, Business Administration, Operations/Project Management, Economics, or a related field.
    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable liaising across technical and business teams.
    • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and structured thinking.
    • Ability to work with multiple document repositories and keep information organized and version-controlled.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines across stakeholders and time zones.
    • Comfortable navigating ambiguous or evolving information and asking clarifying questions.
    • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, basic charts, formatting).
    • Ability to read and summarize project documents (SOWs, PIDs, meeting notes) into clear tasks and actions.
    • Familiarity with Gantt charts and basic scheduling concepts (predecessors, dependencies, critical path).
    • Exposure to project tools such as MS Project/Smartsheet/Jira/Confluence is a plus.
    • Interest in or basic knowledge of network/telecom projects is a plus.

    Additional Information:

We spend around 60% of our time in the office and around 40% of our time working remotely. Some individuals may be required to work from the office or client sites more than 60% of the time, if required by their role and/or client needs.
