Role Overview:
As a Travel Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of employee travel and accommodation bookings, as well as playing a crucial role in maintaining financial control, supporting our team with exceptional administrative skills and an eagle eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and book travel and accommodation bookings quickly whilst obtaining best value for the business.
- Assist with processing of travel expense claims
- Liaise with employees and management regarding expense queries
- Maintain detailed and organised expense records and reports
- Support month-end financial reconciliation related to expenses
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in expense submissions
- Continuously improve processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in expense administration or a similar finance/administrative role
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
