Compass Associates is proud to be exclusively partnering with a renowned adult social care provider who operate a portfolio of residential services nationwide supporting adults with a learning disability, autism or complex needs. Together, we are seeking a Head of Property & Procurement, a newly created role to support the businesses continued growth and scale.
The Role
- In this role, you will lead the property estate and procurement activity across the UK, ensuring our services are compliant, sustainable, and deliver real value, all in support of outstanding adult social care.
- Lead the management of our property portfolio, ensuring safe, well-maintained, and compliant environments
- Oversee procurement and supplier relationships to deliver quality and value for money
- Drive improvements across estates, contracts, and sustainability
- Lead and support a high-performing Estates team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (including CQC and equivalent bodies)
- Contribute to financial planning and effective budget management
About You / Qualifications
- Extensive leadership within property/estates and procurement
- Substantial health / social care exposure would be a distinct advantage
- Track record for an organisation that demonstrates good scale
- Strong understanding of compliance and governance
- A collaborative leader who brings people together and drives improvement
- Commercially astute
