£30,000 base + uncapped commission
We’re working with a growing recruitment business that launched its Newcastle office last summer and has already seen strong success within the white-collar construction market. With a small, high-performing team in place, they’re now looking to bring in a resourcer to support delivery and continue their upward trajectory.
The Opportunity:
You’ll be joining a close-knit, mature team where you’ll play a key role in:
- Filling live roles across the white-collar construction sector
- Headhunting high-quality candidates for permanent positions
- Supporting consultants with candidate generation and pipeline building
- Contributing to a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys candidate-side recruitment and wants to work in a supportive, non-micromanaged setting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience sourcing candidates for permanent technical roles is essential (any sector)
- A proactive, organised approach to headhunting and delivery
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging candidates
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Construction experience is not essential.
