Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting the appropriate parts and products
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range to proactively meet customer needs
- Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand and minimise product returns through improved customer support
- Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities across various customer segments and product categories
