How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-driven Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join a fast-growing and well-established drinks distribution business operating across the UK retail market.

Our client works with a wide portfolio of premium producers, supplying hundreds of SKUs to major supermarkets and retailers nationwide. With a reputation for operational excellence and strong partnerships across the drinks industry, they are now looking for a proactive individual to support the smooth flow of stock between suppliers, logistics partners and customers.

    The Role

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate stock allocation and delivery scheduling

    • Produce stock reports and forecasts for suppliers
    • Support monthly reconciliations of stock and forecast data
    • Attend supplier meetings and assist with coordinating container shipments and export orders
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support new product launches and business opportunities

    About You

    • Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management
    • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and data
    • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
    • Good communication skills when dealing with suppliers, customers and internal teams
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
    • Experience using an ERP system (such as NetSuite) would be advantageous

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in supply chain within a dynamic and growing sector.

If this sounds like the right move for your career, we’d love to speak to you!
