Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver personalised learning for pupils with ASD and complex needs
Use strategies such as PECS, Makaton, and sensory approaches
Work closely with TAs, therapists, and families
Monitor progress through EHCP targets
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with Autism and complex needs
Strong behaviour management and adaptability
