Biology Teacher

anzuk Education has an excellent working relationship with a secondary school in the borough of Ealing. We are looking for an experienced or newly qualified Biology Teacher to join the team asap.

The School:

The school is a high performing coeducational secondary school in Ealing. It is known for providing a broad and balanced curriculum where academic rigour is matched by an equally important love of the arts, music, dance, drama and sport.

The role is full time beginning as soon as possible. Pay is commensurate with experience on the main teaching pay scale.

Biology Teacher Key Responsibilities :

* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.

* Work alongside the biology department and cover the coursework set in the UK curriculum.

* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.

* Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

* Help to manage standard of learning and behaviour in the classroom.

Biology Teacher Qualifications and Experience:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications.

* Proven experience teaching in a Secondary school setting.

* Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
