What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver engaging lessons to students aged 11–16 (or 16+)

Create a positive and productive classroom environment

Monitor and support student progress, encouraging achievement and confidence

Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure consistent learning experiences

Flexibly adapt to different schools, year groups, and curriculum requirements

What We’re Looking For

Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent

Expertise in your subject specialism

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Enthusiasm for working with young people and motivating them to reach their potential

Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups as needed
