Tradewind Education is currently partnering with a number of Primary Schools in Runcorn to recruit Graduate Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for a variety of day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and long-term teaching placements.
This is an ideal opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, build confidence, and find the right school for your ECT induction.
The Role:
Teach across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 depending on your preference
Deliver pre-planned lessons and adapt where necessary
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support pupils with a range of abilities and learning needs
Work collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams
What we're looking for:
Trainee teachers working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong classroom presence and a passion for education
Availability following completion of your course
Two recent professional references
Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
