How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

The NetMind.AI team has been delivering all-in-one enterprise AI solutions, from consulting to implementation, since 2017 in the UK & US. Our unique advantage lies in our foundational technology: a distributed AI platform that has been empowering thousands of developers daily with GPUs, scalable inference, advanced agentic systems and MCP services. Combined with our renowned research publications, we ensure the latest AI technologies give you measurable returns within weeks, not months.

We're looking for a curious, sharp, and driven AI Product Research Intern to help us understand the AI landscape from the inside out. You'll be the team's eyes and ears on the market, researching emerging AI tools, synthesising user insights, and delivering clear, actionable intelligence to our leadership, product, and engineering teams every week.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys thinking critically about products, trends, and user behaviour. Your research will directly shape how we build and prioritise our products.

    What You’ll Do

    • Research and analyse AI products in the market (e.g. AI agents, tools, and platforms), identify trends and opportunities for innovation, benchmark competitor products, and evaluate new tools as they emerge
    • Deliver clear, structured, and insight-driven regular reports to stakeholders including senior management, product, and engineering teams
    • Gather and synthesise user feedback from community channels, forums, and user-facing touch points to identify patterns and unmet needs
    • Deliver weekly insights and reports to management, product, and engineering teams.
    • Translate findings into recommendation that support product strategy and roadmap

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong analytical and research skills; able to turn unstructured information into insights.
    • Curious mindset with the ability to think critically about products and user needs.
    • Highly interest in AI, emerging technologies, and digital products.
    • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Fluent Mandarin and English (you’ll work closely with Chinese-speaking teams and communities).
    • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
    • Currently studying for or recently completed a degree in any field (Business, Computer Science, Linguistics, Social Sciences, or related are all welcome)

    Nice to Have

    • Previous experience in research, consulting, product, or tech-related internships.
    • Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, or AI product ecosystems.
    • Experience working with user communities or user feedback analysis.

    What We Offer

    • Direct exposure to cutting-edge AI product development.
    • Networking opportunities in the AI ecosystem
    • A fast-paced startup environment with strong learning opportunities.
