⚙️Digital Services Administrator
📍 Location: Enfield
💰 Salary: Circa £30,000-35,000
Are you highly organised, detail driven and confident working with digital platforms? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing digital services team and play a key role in supporting clients as they onboard and use modern information management solutions.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring user accounts, licences, system access, and configuration tasks are completed accurately, securely and on time. You’ll help deliver a smooth onboarding experience for customers using digital repositories, ECM platforms, workflow tools, and other digital solutions.
What you’ll be doing
✨ User & Access Management
• Setting up and configuring user accounts across digital platforms
• Managing licences, roles, permissions and access levels
• Maintaining accurate user records and deactivating accounts when required
✨ Digital Services Administration
• Supporting new client setup including forms, metadata templates, workflows, and naming conventions
• Maintaining documentation, logs, and configuration records
• Ensuring all platform setup aligns with governance and security standards
✨ Client Onboarding & Support
• Preparing onboarding materials and ensuring all admin tasks are completed before go‑live
• Working closely with technical and project teams
• Assisting clients with basic how‑to queries and escalating technical issues when needed
✨ Compliance & Quality
• Following ISO, GDPR, and internal security protocols
• Maintaining accurate audit trails and supporting internal audits
What we’re looking for
• Strong administrative or coordination experience, ideally in a digital or technical environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with digital platforms, cloud tools, and system admin tasks
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requests
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience with ECM systems (e.g., M‑Files, SharePoint, Laserfiche, OpenText) is a bonus
