How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Company

We are an ambitious and fast-growing marketing organisation delivering high-impact, results-driven campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Our approach combines strategic thinking, creativity, and commercial focus to generate measurable growth and meaningful brand engagement. By working closely with our clients, we ensure campaigns are not only well designed but also executed effectively in real market environments.

Collaboration and accountability are central to how we operate. We believe strong teamwork, open communication, and clear expectations create the best environment for both client success and individual development.

Our culture rewards initiative, consistency, and performance. Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas, take ownership of their work, and continuously develop their professional skills.

As our organisation continues to grow, we remain committed to investing in talent and creating clear, merit-based progression opportunities for individuals who are motivated by long-term career development.

    About the Role

We are looking for a confident and commercially aware Marketing Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of client marketing campaigns.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on campaign delivery, brand representation, and measurable performance outcomes.

The role is not purely digital. You will be actively involved in live marketing campaigns, working directly with audiences and supporting brand engagement initiatives designed to strengthen visibility and customer interaction.

You will gain real-time exposure to how campaigns operate in market, working closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver strong results.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical experience in marketing, communication, campaign coordination, and commercial awareness.

The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accountability and clear objectives are important.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and support the delivery of client marketing campaigns
    • Represent client brands professionally during live campaign activity
    • Engage with target audiences to increase brand awareness and engagement
    • Conduct market and audience research to support campaign planning
    • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting insights
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure campaign objectives are achieved
    • Provide operational support to ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently

    Qualifications

Previous experience in marketing, communications, business, sales, events, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential.

We particularly value individuals who have demonstrated responsibility, leadership, or strong performance in fast-paced environments.

Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, motivation, and a willingness to learn within a dynamic team environment.

    Skills and Attributes

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders
    • Good organisational ability and attention to detail
    • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
    • Proactive and adaptable mindset
    • Genuine interest in marketing and business growth

    What We Offer

    • Structured training and ongoing mentorship
    • Direct involvement in live marketing campaigns
    • A collaborative and ambitious team environment
    • Clear performance-based progression opportunities
    • The chance to develop skills in marketing strategy, campaign delivery, client management, and leadership

    Equal Opportunity Statement

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcome applications from individuals from a wide range of professional and educational backgrounds.
