As Head of Integration, you will take full ownership of system performance and contractual compliance for integrated warehouse automation projects. From forecastable sale through to final client handover, you will ensure each solution delivers exactly what was sold — on performance, quality and reliability.
You will lead the Integration Testing function, working cross‑functionally with Engineering, Software, Projects, Solutions Design and external automation partners (AMRs, AGVs, ASRS and more).
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role where technical detail matters as much as stakeholder influence.

What you will be doing
- You will own integration testing and system performance for automated warehouse projects
- You will lead FAT, SIT, CAT, SAT and final contractual testing to ensure technical compliance
- You will coordinate WMS, software, controls, hardware and automation suppliers
- You will manage and develop the Integration Testing team
- You will work closely with customers, acting as a credible technical authority
What do we need from you?
- You have hands‑on experience with automated warehouse systems and WMS software
- You bring a strong technical and numerical background with excellent problem‑solving skills
- You can communicate confidently with clients, software engineers, hardware teams and suppliers
- You have experience leading technical or engineering teams
- You are comfortable owning outcomes in complex, multi‑supplier integration environments
