A well-established education group are looking for a dedicated Head of School to join their team supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs.
Job description:
- Provide strong leadership and strategic direction for the school
- Lead, motivate, and develop teaching and support staff
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school culture
- Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to ensure safeguarding implementation and consistency with Ofsted
- Manage day-to-day school operations
- Salary: £38,000 - £46,000
- Starting asap
Person specification:
- Leadership experience, preferably in a SEN setting
- Experience of leading or managing staff
- Strong understanding of SEND and safeguarding within a school
- NPQ in Senior Leadership is desirable
- Emotionally resilient and passionate about improving outcomes for SEND pupils
