A high-growth business services provider to the Technology and Telecoms sector is seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join its Legal Operations Team, working within a key organisation with well-known brands across Telecoms, Broadband and Media.
The Role
The Legal Counsel will be expected to bring and defend claims on behalf of major consumer brands, across a range of areas including
- breach of contract
- debt recovery
- discrimination
- credit file issues
- data protection
- property damage claims
The Legal Counsel will join an experienced Consumer Litigation department, advising internal and external stakeholders, mentoring junior colleagues, and driving process improvement for legal operations.
You will be expected to stay current with consumer law and regulations, contribute to research projects, and identify legal risks.
Required Skills & Experience
- UK qualified Solicitor or CILEX (0–3 years’ PQE) with Commercial/Consumer/Civil litigation experience.
- Exceptional relationship management, legal reasoning, commercial focus, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to change in a fast-paced environment.
