    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lutterworth for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the organisation. Key responsibilities include handling clerical tasks, managing phone communications, assisting Professional Conference Organisers with administrative duties, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining organisational records. The role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent organisational skills, and effective communication abilities.


    Qualifications

    • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Tasks
    • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
    • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
    • Ability to organise and maintain records effectively
    • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
    • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
    • Diploma, equivalent education or administrative certifications are an advantage
    • Experience in event planning or healthcare-related industries is a plus but not required
