    • Working to a planned maintenance schedule while remaining flexible to support Production and Moulding Operations
    • Making basic PLC adjustments where required

    • Attending and resolving production breakdowns, including maintenance on automation equipment

    What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

    • A strong motivation for developing your skills and technical knowledge
    • Creative problem-solving abilities, particularly across electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
    • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and confidence managing repairs and improvement projects
    • The ability to collaborate effectively across departments, with clear communication and a proactive, team‑focused attitude
    • A commitment to working safely and taking ownership of tasks

    About You

    Ideally, you will have:

    • A completed HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    • 18th Edition qualification
    • Experience or knowledge of small building projects (e.g., plumbing, heating, boiler systems)

    Why Join This Business?

This organisation offers a supportive and forward‑thinking environment with a range of opportunities, including:

    • Working with innovative technologies and contributing to exciting projects
    • A collaborative and inclusive culture
    • Strong career development and progression opportunities
    • The chance to travel to other sites across the group
    • An opportunity to play a meaningful part in shaping future operations
