    Change Lead – Warehouse Management Transformation

    Location: Islip/Kettering and Reading or Dublin (Hybrid)

    Contract: Initial 6 Months

    Day Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35 if UK based)


    We’re looking for an experienced Change Lead to drive a major Warehouse Management transformation across a large-scale supply chain depot environment. This role will shape how our people, processes, and systems evolve as we deliver a multi‑country programme with significant operational impact.


    What you’ll bring

    • 8–10+ years in Change Management, Transformation, or Organisational Development within large, complex environments (retail, FMCG, consulting, supply chain, digital).
    • Proven success leading change for large-scale programmes or multiple concurrent initiatives across global or multi‑country organisations (20,000+ employees).
    • Direct experience working in or alongside a supply chain depot or warehouse environment.
    • Strong ability to influence, challenge, and partner with senior leaders (Director level and above).
    • Expertise in managing cross‑programme dependencies, cumulative change impacts, and risk mitigation.
    • Deep knowledge of change management methodologies and best practice frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of business process change, operating model shifts, and system implementation impacts.
    • Experience leading readiness, adoption, and behaviour change initiatives at scale.
