The successful candidate will have experience as an IFA Administrator, with good knowledge of a range of financial services, wanting to progress to a Paraplanner.
This is a full-time office-based position offering a starting salary of c£30,000, alongside a market-leading benefits package and the chance to work within a collaborative, people-focused environment. Hybrid working will be considered upon successful completion of probation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver full paraplanning support and suitability reports
- Manage workload and meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance and accuracy
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Interpret client data to identify suitable solutions
Skills & Experience
- Experienced in IFA Administration and report writing
- Strong attention to detail and compliance focus
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) or actively working towards completion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Curo experience desirable
- Excellent organisation and client communication skills
- Committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused outcomes
