Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Business & Economics Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in South West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and develop their understanding of the business world and economic principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies and Economics lessons for Key Stages 3 & 4.
* Teach real-world applications of business concepts, finance, and economic theories.
* Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving in business and economic contexts.
* Assess and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
* Support students with exam preparation and coursework.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities such as enterprise clubs or competitions.
Requirements:
* QTS or relevant teaching qualification.
* Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
* Experience teaching KS3 & KS4 Business & Economics.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Passion for preparing students for further education and careers in business.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
