What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 when qualified teachers are unavailable
Supporting students' academic progress and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day
Maintaining a calm, positive classroom environment and managing behaviour effectively
Working closely with teaching staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions and consistent learning
Building your confidence and skills by working in real classroom settings

Who We're Looking For:

Experience working with young people in any context, such as education, coaching, mentoring, or youth work
Comfortable leading groups and encouraging student participation
Clear communicator, adaptable, and able to stay calm under pressure
Reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping students succeed
Interested in exploring a future career in education or teaching
