About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate teacher to join our team for the Summer Term, working with a small group of pupils with Special Educational Needs in a primary school setting. The role involves teaching children in EYFS and Key Stage 1 who have complex needs, delivering highly personalised learning in a nurturing and supportive environment.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and enjoys working closely with pupils who require a tailored and flexible approach to learning.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils’ individual needs and developmental stages.
Support children with complex needs, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and able to access learning.
Work closely with teaching assistants and other professionals to provide consistent and effective support.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies to meet individual learning goals.
Create a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment.The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with children with SEN and complex needs, ideally within EYFS or KS1.
Strong understanding of differentiated teaching approaches and inclusive practice.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
