We are working with an Outstanding Primary school in Wandsworth that is seeking a dedicated full-time SEN Teacher to join their team ASAP. This is a long-term supply position with real potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Teaching a small class of SEN students, including both verbal and non-verbal pupils

* Creating a highly structured, visual, and engaging learning environment

* Using strategies including PECS, Makaton, and other communication supports

* Collaborating with a team of skilled TAs and therapists to deliver personalised learning

* Tracking pupil progress and contributing to EHCP reviews

What We’re Looking For:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – UK recognised

* Extensive experience teaching pupils with ASD in a specialist or SEN setting

* Confident using PECS, Makaton, and other structured communication tools

* Deep understanding of sensory needs, behaviour support strategies, and individual learning styles

* UK Right to Work – sponsorship not available
