Aspire People is seeking a versatile and enthusiastic General Cover Teacher to work in secondary schools across South West London. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and adaptable educator to support schools by delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and structured lessons across different subjects, following the school's curriculum.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring students remain on task.
* Implement school policies on behavior management and student support.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and any classroom developments.
* Adapt teaching approaches to suit the needs of different student groups.
Requirements:
* QTS or relevant teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
* Flexibility and confidence to teach various subjects.
* A proactive and professional approach to supporting students and schools.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
