Your role
At term time teachers we are seeking an engaging and proficient Maths Teacher as part of our agency team to teach within a successful Mathematic Department in Sevenoaks. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to children's mathematical academic progress.
Your responsibilities
Plan and mark work timely, producing feedback to the children to support their academic progress.
Teach the mathematics curriculum to secondary school pupils
Encourage curiosity, analytical thinking and problem solving within mathematical activities.
Monitor children's development and assess their ongoing progressRequirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
Excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom control
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
