    PE Teacher – PRU (Immediate Start)
    📍 West Drayton, West London
    💼 Full-Time Position
    📅 Start Date: Immediate
    Pertemps Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in West Drayton who are seeking a qualified PE Teacher with QTS to join their team immediately.
    This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and resilient teacher who is passionate about supporting young people and using sport and physical activity to positively engage students who may have struggled in mainstream education.
    The Role
    Deliver engaging Physical Education lessons to secondary-aged students within a PRU setting
    Use sport and physical activity to help improve student engagement, confidence, and wellbeing
    Plan and deliver lessons that are accessible and inclusive for students with a range of social, emotional, and behavioural needs
    Support students in developing teamwork, discipline, and resilience
    Work closely with pastoral staff and the wider school team to support student progressThe Ideal Candidate
    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
    Experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting
    Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students
    A patient, resilient, and supportive approach to teaching
    Experience working with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or alternative provisions is desirableWhat’s on Offer
