Did you know that once you have completed your final placement, you can begin working as a supply teacher? This is a fantastic way to build relationships with local schools while gaining valuable classroom experience and earning at the same time.
Masterclass Education works with a wide range of supportive and welcoming primary schools across the local area, helping them with daily cover, long-term placements, and permanent opportunities. Many of the ECTs we place begin through supply work, allowing schools to see their teaching style and classroom engagement, which often leads to permanent roles where they can complete their induction years with full support.

The Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has knowledge of the primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
* Is positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable
* Is a driver or confident using public transport
