Salary/Rate: £31,350 - 47,839 - MPS - UPS

In the post-Covid era, there has been an increase in the number of students requiring extra assistance to reach the national standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Bridge the Gap: Assist students in bridging the gap in English, Maths, and Science between primary and secondary education levels.
Engage and Enthuse: Spark curiosity and passion in English, Maths, Science, and Humanities through exciting and stimulating lessons.
Prepare for Transition: Equip students with strong literacy and numeracy skills essential for success across the curriculum.
Support Assessment: Assist students in preparing for internal assessments, fostering a culture of achievement.

Requirements:

Familiarity with Year 7 curriculum and learning outcomes.
Excellent communication skills to engage with students and colleagues effectively.
Ability to create interactive and stimulating learning experiences.
Experience in bridging the gap between KS2 and KS3 curriculum is advantageous.
