    Job Title: SEN Teacher
    Location: Rncorn, Merseyside
    Contract Type: Full-time

    Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?
    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our thriving and supportive team in a well-respected school in Runcorn. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with pupils who need tailored learning approaches to help them achieve their full potential.

    About the Role:

    Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching to pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.

    Create and implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.

    Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents/carers to provide a holistic learning

    experience.
    Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

    Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

    About You:

    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

    Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.

    Strong understanding of SEN strategies, including differentiation and behavioural management.

    Empathetic, patient, and resilient with excellent communication skills.

    Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
