    Job description

    Teacher

    Pay: £160 – £230 per day
    Location: Worcester
    Hours: Typical school hours (e.g. 8:30am – 4:00pm)
    Contract: Part-time opportunities available

    Smart Education is currently recruiting qualified Teachers to work across alternative provision and specialist education settings in Worcester. This is a rewarding opportunity for passionate educators who are committed to supporting pupils with additional needs in smaller, supportive learning environments.

    About the Role:

    You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects, working closely with support staff to ensure pupils are fully supported in their learning. The role involves planning differentiated activities, supporting behaviour and engagement, and helping to create a positive and structured classroom environment.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

    Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

    Experience working in alternative provision or with pupils who have additional needs (desirable)

    Ability to deliver differentiated teaching tailored to individual learning styles

    Strong communication and teamwork skills

    A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

    Clear understanding and commitment to safeguarding
