Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable primary teacher looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and well-established Worcestershire school? We are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1/ Key stage 2 PPA Cover Teacher to join our friendly team and help deliver excellent learning experiences across multiple classes.

A recent inspection recognising strong leadership, effective teaching, and a nurturing environmentThe Role We are looking for a confident, flexible teacher to provide PPA cover across Key Stage 1 and Key stage 2. Your role will include:
Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons across Year 1, 2, 3 and 4
Ensuring continuity of learning so that every pupil makes progress
Creating a calm, positive classroom environment
Working closely with class teachers and support staff
Upholding the school’s values of respect, ambition, and inclusionAbout You To be successful, you will:
Hold QTS (or equivalent)
Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and Key stage 2
Be organised, adaptable, and able to step into different classes with confidence
Have strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills
