Maths Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a Independent School in Willenhall to recruit a Maths Supply Teacher for a long-term temporary to permanent role.

This is an excellent opportunity for a maths specialist who enjoys smaller class sizes, purposeful teaching, and making a real impact with KS3-KS4 learners in an SEND/SEMH school.

The Role

Teach Maths across KS3-KS4, including GCSE and Functional Skills
Focus on core numeracy and practical, real-life maths (budgeting, finance, independence skills)
Work with small groups in a supportive, relationship-focused environment
Support pupils with SEMH needs and disrupted education backgroundsYou'll Need

QTS or QTLS
Recent experience teaching Maths to pupils aged 8-18
Confidence delivering GCSE Maths and/or Functional Skills
Strong classroom management and a consistent, calm approach
Experience in SEMH/ SEND or Secondary settings is desirable but not essentialWhy Supply with Tradewind?
