The Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and fully qualified teachers for both day-to-day supply and long-term roles in schools across Milton Keynes. Whether you prefer short-term assignments or a more stable long-term placement, we have a variety of opportunities that can suit your availability and skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons to students in line with the curriculum.
* Provide a positive and supportive learning environment.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure student safety.
* Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

What We're Looking For:
* Fully qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in a primary or secondary school (depending on your specialism).
* A passion for inspiring and engaging students.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* The ability to adapt to different school environments and needs.
* A current DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
* A positive and professional attitude, with excellent communication skills.
