Key responsibilities
As the owner of your Coversure brokerage, you will:
- Develop and execute your business strategy and growth plan
- Lead sales, client service, and daily operations
- Manage and mentor staff, building a high-performing local team
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are upheld
- Monitor performance metrics and financial KPIs to drive profitability
- Liaise with insurers, clients and central support teams
- Oversee marketing, local networking and new business development
Key skills and experience
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who:
- Have 5+ years of UK general insurance broking experience
- Understand how to grow and manage a profitable insurance book
- Are comfortable with business planning, sales strategy and goal setting
- Have managed or mentored people and can lead a team effectively
- Are confident using systems and data to improve performance
- Possess strong communication, relationship-building and leadership skills
- Are entrepreneurial and want to take control of their career by building a business of their own
