Role Summary:
We are looking for a technically strong Commercial Property Associate to join a highly regarded Real Estate Team. This role offers career progression, exposure to complex commercial property matters, and the chance to develop both client relationships and business development skills. You’ll be part of a collaborative team in a supportive environment, helping deliver high-quality work while contributing to the firm’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act on commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, landlord and tenant, funding, and investment matters
• Work closely with other team members to deliver seamless client service
• Develop strong professional relationships and maintain high standards of financial hygiene
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client growth
• Support continual improvement in ways of working and process efficiency
• Apply expertise in landlord and tenant law and commercial property matters to deliver accurate and timely advice
Requirements:
• 2+ years PQE in commercial property / real estate law
• Technically strong with experience in complex commercial property matters
• Excellent relationship-building skills and client focus
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to change
• Interest in business development and marketing to generate new opportunities
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service
