Location: Ammanford, Carmarthenshire
Salary: £26,651 per year + up to 20% quarterly bonus

You will:
- Deliver sales and frame targets within your region
- Work collaboratively with Regional Sales Managers to achieve shared goals
- Proactively follow up on quotations and convert them into confirmed orders
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Log and monitor enquiries to support data-driven sales improvements
- Support customer visits, product launches, exhibitions, and events
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve processes and performance
