CAD Designer – Milton Keynes (FTC)
We’re looking for a CAD Designer to join our team in Milton Keynes and help us bring retail spaces to life. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Design Manager and project teams to create, refine, and maintain the drawings and models that shape our network. Your work will directly support how our sites look, feel, and function.
What you’ll do
You’ll take ownership of producing and coordinating CAD drawings and models, making sure they meet our standards and reflect project needs. You’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other partners to understand requirements and translate them into clear, accurate design outputs. You’ll help us keep our CAD standards up to date, review drawings for accuracy, and organise files so the team can easily find what they need. You’ll also stay curious about new tools and ways of working, bringing forward ideas that help us improve.

You’re confident working with CAD tools and enjoy solving design challenges. You have a strong eye for detail and a natural ability to organise information clearly. You communicate well, work comfortably with others, and can manage your time across different tasks. You care about producing high‑quality work and contributing to a team that values clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
