The Opportunity
As Head of Quality, you will lead the quality function across the site, ensuring robust quality systems, regulatory compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving operational performance and customer satisfaction.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility between site presence and remote working.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall quality strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead and develop the Quality team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
- Oversee audits (internal and external), supplier quality, and customer quality performance
- Analyse KPIs and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders
- Champion root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions
About You
- Proven senior quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks (e.g., ISO standards)
- Demonstrable experience leading audits and regulatory compliance
- Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving capability
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline
