Role Description
This is a full-time, permanent on-site role based in Central London for a Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator. This role is a key member of the administrative and operational team, responsible for coordinating the full recruitment and onboarding process of healthcare professionals. This includes sourcing candidates, interviewing, assessments, compliance, supporting placements, training and inductions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and members.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on administration and coordination. You will manage candidate journeys from pre-registration to active placement, ensuring full compliance with healthcare regulations. You will also assist in the continuous improvement of recruitment systems, promote the company through client and candidate interaction, and support a variety of operational functions across the business.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous interviewing/assessment experience
- Experience managing training, compliance, or onboarding systems
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or agency administration
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workflows
- Confident liaising with people at all levels (nurses, clients, senior leadership)
- Proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and safeguarding (CQC/NMC/GMC/NHS Framework)
- Educated to at least Advanced level
- Excellent proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient level PC Skills e.g. Teams, 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, the Internet and recruitment platforms
- Professional, yet accommodating telephone manner (with personality)
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- You will have experience of working independently and unsupervised as well as part of a team.
- Customer service experience with both internal and external clients

- Proven administrative or coordination experience in a healthcare or professional services setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of GDPR and healthcare compliance standards.
